Turns over but will not start? Can hear fuel pump working, quarter tank of gas? We try giving it a jump, still does not start. In my car on break from work, go to leave and won't start? Had it towed to a station, Serpentine Belt was replaced, remove and install steering gear (complete), power steering flush, kit and other problems they did not think were related to the starting problem were performed. Originally in January 2015, my car tried to start but would not turn over.
